How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in either of the following ways:

  • Navigate within the Mighty POS app to Settings > Pro subscription, then press the option to cancel.
  • Follow the steps in this Apple support article (which works for any app subscriptions). Per Apple’s policies, we as the app developer are not able to cancel your subscription - so you'll need to do so directly through your App Store account.


Because Apple manages all billing and payment processing for transactions made through apps, our Mighty team is unable to issue refunds directly. To request assistance with either cancelling or a refund, you can contact Apple’s support team.
