You can easily cancel any estimate or invoice in the Mighty app, which will automatically send an email to the customer notifying them of the cancellation.
To do so, take the following steps:
- Tap on the card from the dashboard
- Scroll down and press “Edit”
- Press either the trash can (top right corner) or the Cancel button (bottom of screen)
- Tap the pop-up to confirm the cancellation
Note that once an estimate or invoice is deleted, it cannot be recovered (though you can always recreate and resend it).
If you cancel an invoice or estimate, you’ll still be able to see its details in the app (in the Unpaid and Pending tabs, respectively).
