To reset your password, follow these steps:
- Log out of your Mighty account (if you haven’t already done so)
- Tap the option to Sign In from the home screen (beneath the “Create account” button)
- Beneath the “Continue” button, press Tap to Reset
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Press send me a link
- Check your email (including the spam folder) for a link from Mighty that you can use to set a new password
Once you’ve created a new password, you’ll be able to login starting from step 2 above, by then entering your email and the new password.
If you enter your email address but never receive a link (even after checking your spam folder), you may have created your account using the sign-in with Google or Apple method. Please try using either of those methods from the Sign In screen to see if they enable you to access your account.
