As required by regulatory bodies in the countries in which Mighty operates, certain information is required to enable you to process card payments to help prevent fraud and protect consumers.
We collect only the information required to effectively reduce the risk of fraud or other related issues — the same type of information you’d need to provide when creating a bank account, for example. This may include contact information and details about your business or self (such as a personal ID number). If required to confirm your identity, you may also need to upload images of documents - such as a driver’s license or passport - and your face. This information is not stored by Mighty and is used only for verification purposes.
