When does Mighty send automated reminders?

Mighty automatically sends reminders to your customers to follow-up on and encourage them to pay for their invoice or accept their estimate.

These reminder emails are sent seven (7) and then two (2) days before the invoice is due or the estimate expires. Once an invoice has been paid or an estimate has been accepted, Mighty will stop sending reminders for that invoice or estimate. You can see when reminders are sent by checking the Activity tab for any sent invoice or estimate.
