Accepting credit and debit card payments from customers requires setting up a payment processing account via our partner, Stripe. You can create this account at any time via the Settings page within Mighty.
Once you have set up your payments account, make sure that the following are true to successfully collect card payments from customers:
- Your payments account is active — you can confirm your account status by going to Settings > Stripe within the Mighty app.
- Your customer has entered valid payment info — after viewing the invoice and pressing the button to Pay with Card, your customer must enter valid credit/debit card and personal information to confirm their purchase.
- The total amount is less than $10,000 (USD/GBP/CAD/AUD/NZD) — Mighty's payment processing only supports transactions up to this amount.
